What procurement usually asks.
Can we see what our employees anonymise?
Not on the Individual or Team plans: content never leaves the device, and the licensing system only handles subscription and device metadata. If you need that visibility, the Organization tier adds a console with findings triage and reporting, running on your own infrastructure — we never receive the content either way.
How is this licensed across a team?
The Team plan covers three registered devices on one bill at €12 per month. Above that, the Organization tier is priced per rollout and adds unlimited registered devices, a central console for policy and reporting, endpoint agents, and connectors for Microsoft 365 and your databases.
Do you support MDM or scripted deployment?
Yes. The installers are standard platform packages and activation is per device, so they drop into whatever you already use to deploy software. Tell us how your fleet is managed and we will map the rollout to it.
What happens when someone leaves or changes laptop?
Devices can be replaced against your subscription. Because no content is tied to an account, there is nothing to migrate or purge beyond the device registration itself.
Can it stop an employee leaking data?
It removes identifiers at the point of use and warns about residual risk before anything is copied out. On the Team plan that protection travels with each device; on the Organization tier the console adds central policy, estate-wide scanning and an audit trail so coverage does not depend on one person remembering.
